Drain Away The lady sat in the tub. Just as the bubbles floated to the surface of the water, all of her memories floated to the surface of her mind. She wished she could drain all the bad memories down the drain along with the water. All the bad memories of pain, sadness, death, confusion, disappointment, lost hope, guilt, and most of all lost love. If that all went away, down the drain she would be much happier. But alas, they could not just drain away like water, so she got out of the tub along with the bad memories and dried off.Drain Away by ~meadowscarlette

One year
One day
One disaster
The pressure of high school
the presence of people
all culminated in a spire of emotion
The fury of what I’m still not sure
drove a friendship to fracture
Three splintered friends
Three girls
Three people
An Emo. A Prep. A Geek.
What if we had remained
as we had intended
could we have stayed friends till the end?
Is it inevitable that friendships fail
Was the chaos of freshmen year the catalyst of what we
